THE ELKAI EMPIRE

After the crash of the Fallen God, Malacath, the world of Ein was spilt into different sections. One of the separated land would be known as Einglade and would be home to the race known as the elkai, who would form their own empire. The Elkai Empire stretches vastly across the continent, expanding the elkai's power as a result. Because it is also home to one of the Trees of Magica, the magica in the area is strong and able to fluctuate freely. With the evident flow of magica, life grows vast and in abundance, which gives the empire its lush green look. The empire itself is ruled by a high class of elkai who established themselves across the land in different houses of bloodline. All those within the empire are also under the jurisdiction of the Elkai Dominion. All are to adhere to the rules and laws of the empire, either by choice or by force. The use of magica is heavily controlled and regulated for those not of elkai blood. This law was enacted after the war with the volkin to ensure "peace" and domination over the land. It was only slightly altered after the elkai lost the war to the bauldermin for dominance and resources of their land, New Eingalde, forcing a truce between the opposing races. Even with the war lost, the elkai remain as the predominant race of Ein and has a long reach of their influence over the existing lands. Despite this, the land is still able to prosper and flourish with plentiful resources for a way of living for the other kin.
