Raskin

The raskin are a people of vermin-like creatures that stand on two legs. Because of their diminutive size, they're considered to be one of the weakest species in the world, but what they lack in strength and courage, they make up for it in sheer numbers, capable of overpowering even the biggest of urskin out there. The raskin is a socially skilled set of people. They seemed to have been gifted with the way of the tongue, able to talk their way out of most situations that would often get them killed or someone else's meal. The raskin live mostly in warm climates. They have been found in almost all of Ein's continents save for Elaska due to their small stature and short fur, they do not take well to the cold and tend to stick to the tropics. They have also been seen all the way across the ocean on the island of Zuxin. The only way they could have gotten there is by boat. The raskin are known to be nomads and tend to roam rather than stick to one place for any given amount of time. They are also huge on family, so where ever they can find a suitable place to hunker down, they will do so. The family of the raskin is huge in numbers. They can easily range from eight members to twenty at a time. The raskin isn't at all aggressive in nature, but they are tenacious in attitude, making up for their size. They tend to keep to themselves and out of trouble when necessary. They will, however, retaliate if they feel that their territory has been broached on or if they themselves are backed into a corner and have no choice. Most raskin tend to follow a religious way of living, choosing to be that of a monk or priest and sedating their bestial urges through meditation and prayer.
