THE KREPTIC FOREST

East of the grassy plains of Volraia, past the sloping hills, and just between the high peaks lies a secluded passageway. If one were to travel through the passageway known as the Creepy Hollows, they would find themselves coming to the mouth of a hidden thick forest, tucked away at the back of the darkened pathway. The trees of the forest stretch towards the sky and encompass the day, giving the environment a constant gloomy and haunting atmosphere. Their bark is nearly black in color though the prickly leaves are a rich green. There seems to be no ambiance coming from the forest save for the slight gust of wind that passes through, almost as if there were no signs of birds chirping or critter life in general. Passing through the thicket, you would venture into another world, unlike Ein. In this world, time seems to have frozen still. A twilight hour would best describe the tone, giving the scenery a tint of blue despite the high rise of the sun. Traversing through the forest would bring one deeper into this obscene place and bump into many of its mysteries. Much like the tales of Ashanti's Swamp, sightings of shadow people could be seen passing through the trees, just out of the corner of one's eye. There are many sightings of these shadow begins who seem to have made the forest their home, giving it the moniker The Kreptic Forest named thusly so after these shadow beings that have come to be known as kreptis.
