Soul Affinity

The soul of an individual is like the very spark of their essence, the core of who they are. The body may represent their outlook and appearance while their mind acts as a database for knowledge. It is the soul or ka within their body that defines their entire makeup. From the choices that one makes in their life down to the subtle changes of one's identity, the soul is a constant reminder of who that individual is. Whatever life choices one makes throughout their lifetime, the soul will always remain true to who they are on the inside. It is the most pure, raw matter needed within every living being, whether it be the smallest of ants up to the largest of land animals. This fact has not changed since the beginning of creation and time. It is something that all living creatures possess and thus keeps the flow of life going. No matter how great the challenge of life may become or how many changes one goes through, the soul can never change and acts as an anchor of that person's true identity and feelings, thus allowing them to remain true to themselves and see through life's ups and downs, keeping one on their path of truth a thus allowing them to become their higher being of self. ♠ NocϮivagance ♠ OP — 11/27/2024 7:12 PM Each soul has a calling, and it is up to the individual to harken that call, whether it be down a dark path that may lead to loss and despair, or the path of glory and honor. Each person must go through this daunting trial of understanding and retaining their soul, no matter how bleak or dark it may become. There are five defining pillars that makeup one's soul. These pillars help keep the soul intact and so long as one can remember these core pillars, that person or living being can remain true to themselves. These five pillars are crucial points to living life to the fullest. Passion, love, faith, strength, and endurance will help keep the purity of the soul from becoming tainted throughout the hardships of life and keep their sanity intact. With every soul there is the soul's affinity. This affinity can be described as one's true calling. Much like a passion, the soul's affinity is the absolute truth to what an individual can do in their span of life. The affinity is often dedicated to the unique traits and abilities of an individual. These traits can not be changed nor can it be contained, it can only be recognized. As such, these traits can come out in many different ways, be it through the act of magic, physical prowess or even through creativity. Whatever the case may be, the soul's affinity is a crucial part of who the individual is and should not to be ignored. To deny one's soul affinity would mean to betray oneself and thus disallow the process of growth and prosperity for that person to become who they were meant to be.
