Kaiden and Yara's Den

You've entered a new area after days of travelling and have no place to rest your head from the pouring rain. Luckily, you come across the mouth of a large decorated den. At the mouth of the den sits several flowers and bits of baubles and gems. Candles and gold embroidered cloth drapes from the surrounding trees on either side of the den. The drapes hold a symbol of two winged kai entwined to display Kaiden's and Yara's everlasting matrimony. You can smell the scent of incense upon nearing towards the entrance of the den however, you still can't quite make out what's inside. Curious, your feet travel you forwards until you can hear the harmonious humming of what sounds to be monks inside. They don't acknowledge your presence as you wander through the cave. It looks small from the outside, but within holds a hollowed-out depth of a cavern. The cavern's walls are layered and hollowed out creating shelves that hold more candles and incense. The candles themselves don't give off much light to you, but they do set the atmosphere of what seems to be a gloomy yet peaceful temple. They say that those who come to the den and pray to Kaiden and Yara for favor are blessed by the two Gods; a blessing that's said to give high fortune and everlasting love in relationships. The priests and monks who come here to pray to the Gods for favor pray for others and not for themselves for it is against their religion to do so. The den is also known to house those in need of shelter should they seek it. Though the religion of Kaiden and Yara would continue to spread across Ein as a solid belief, a new religion would come forth as some of the races would begin to discover the tale of the fallen God Malacath and become curious over it. This curiosity would grow into fascination as some would believe that Malacath was just in his actions. That his passion and love for his brother brought on a tragic event. With this new belief sparks the duality of what is known as holy and evil. And with the corruption of evil came the practice of a new form of magica, something every living creature on Ein can possess. This new path of magica was known as dark or black magica. Rather than relying on faith to heal and protect, this form of magica was often used to curse and harm others, usually through hatred or ill will. Religion would spread across the world as one of the pillars of life. When given praise to one of the seven Gods, blessings are granted to the devotee. These blessings come in different manifestations depending on the God praised. Those who pray for stability, patience, and control give praise to the Goddess Alune. Those who pray for the lack of control and instead want to gain happiness and joy give praise to the God Aeolin. Those who pray for courage, strength and energy give praise to the God Ashul. Lastly, those who pray to the lover Gods Kaiden and Yara pray for good health, true love, and longevity. This religion in particular is named Levinity.
